Context
Cities in the Moroccan Sahara are growing fast and remain under-served by major delivery apps. Yet they hold unique know-how — crafts, local produce, cuisine — that deserves a modern storefront and logistics.
The challenge
Combine everyday fast delivery (meals, groceries, pharmacy) and a digital souk that showcases local producers and artisans in one app, with logistics suited to mid-sized cities and progressive expansion nationwide.
Our approach
02
Two universes, one app
On-demand delivery and the Saharan souk share one account, one basket, one payment.
03
Brand and trust
Rooted identity, trained couriers, real-time tracking, cash or online payment.
04
Staged expansion
Technical core designed to open new cities without rebuilds, up to national coverage.
